The William Hackett Universal Beam Clamp has been designed not only for vertical use, but also for side load applications, where conventional clamps are not suitable. The Universal Beam Clamp is suitable for pulling and lifting at angles across the beam or as a semi-permanent anchor point. It can be loaded at any angle and eliminates the use of spreader beams in various lifting operations. Fitted with an adjustable locking mechanism, ensuring secure clamping to the beam. Built-in suspension point for low headroom design. Lightweight design allowing for quick clamping and unclamping. W.L.L. capacities available at 2.0 tonnes, 3.2 tonnes, 5.0 tonnes and 10.0 tonnes extra wide designed to accommodate a range of beam widths and thicknesses.

The WH BC fixed jaw super clamp is fitted with a 'gussett' in both jaws of the beam clamp maximising contact between the beam and beam clamp increasing the grip of the beam clamp. A shackle is fitted to the bottom of the beam clamp allowing an easy connection of the hoist to be attached. This fixed jaw super clamp can be used to an angle of 45° to the vertical. When the angle is moved away from the vertical the working load limit of the beam clamp needs to be reduced.

The WH AT Adjustable Push Trolley features a light weight robust construction, allowing quick and effective installation onto various beams and girders. The adjustable trolley is fitted with wheel guard anti-drop plates and precision ball bearing wheels allowing easy movement along the beam. It adapts to the beam width by turning the adjustable bar and is fitted with a locking mechanism for ensuring secure clamping to the beam. W.L.L. capacities of 2.0 tonnes, 3.2 tonnes and 6.0 tonnes are available and the trolleys are designed to accommodate a range of beam widths.

The Grade 10 chain is embossed with manufacturer's mark and grade (MA10) and class leading batch code traceability. All sizes for the William Hackett Grade 10 are proof tested at manufacture to 2.5 times the given working load limit and have a range of diameters from 6mm – 32mm. The Hackett Grade 10 chain is suitable for use in a temperature range of -40°C up to 200°C without reduction in working load limit.

The Hackett Grade 8 chain is suitable for use in a temperature range of -40°C up to 200°C without reduction in working load limit, reductions apply up to 400°C.

The Green Pin® Snatch Block S is available in a range with a working load limit from 2 up to 30 ton.

The Green Pin® Weld-On Transport Ring is a grade 8 weld-on transport ring. The base is forged from St 52-3 steel and the ring in 23MN. Welding must only be carried out by a qualified welder in accordance with DIN 8563 resp. 15429. The surfaces to be welded must be clean, without oil, grease or paint. Welding instructions are supplied with each delivery. The transport rings are delivered without springs. The Green Pin® Weld-On Transport Ring is available in a range with a working load limit from 1.2 t. up to 15.5 t.

The Green Pin® Sling Hook CL is a grade 10 clevis sling hook. The sling hook can be used for general lifting applications. It can be quickly connected to the load lifting points thanks to its easy operating latch, which guarantees full safety. To connect simply push the latch, connect the hook to the lifting point, and release the latch. The forged latch guarantees a longer lifespan. It strongly limits the risk that the operator uses the hook without latch. The latch is fitted with a stainless steel spring and a sturdy pin. The clevis design enables a direct connection to grade 10 chain. The Green Pin® Sling Hook CL is available in a range to suit 6 mm up to 20 mm grade 10 chain.

The Green Pin® Self-Locking Hook SE is a grade 8 swivel self-locking hook with eye. The self-locking hook locks automatically as soon as it is brought under tension. To release the load the user must manually unlock the hook, which prevents unintended release. This hook brings a full safety for lifting as the latch cannot be removed. The GK hook is a compact, lightweight hook. In comparison to an XL hook, it has the same working load limit, with a smaller size. The large eye, designed with a flat enables an easy assembly on anti-rotating wire rope slings (with thimbles). These hooks are fitted with a needle roller thrust bearing. This enables smooth, easy rotation under load. The eye of the hook can be connected to grade 8 chain with a connecting link or to a webbing with a web sling connector. The flat on the eye enables the assembly with an omega link or on a thimble. The Green Pin® Self-Locking Hook SE is available in a range to suit 7/8 mm up to 22 mm grade 8 chain.

The Green Pin® Hook SE GR8 is a swivel hook with a safety latch. These latches are also available separately as spares. The hook is made from grade 8, high tensile steel. The Green Pin® Hook SE GR8 is available in a range with a working load limit from 1.25 up to 31.5 ton.
